What payment methods can I use?

What does shipping cost?

For U.S. orders, standard Economy shipping is $6.90 for orders under $70. Orders totaling $70 or more receive free standard Economy shipping. Available options and charges are displayed at checkout.

When will my order ship?

Orders are generally processed within 7 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. See our Shipping Policy for details.

How long do I have to request a return?

Our Refund Policy allows eligible returns to be requested within 30 days after delivery. Contact us before sending an item back.

How do I choose a collar size?
